55 Minute Fitness Class built around boxing pad work, bag work, with circuit style training combined, to make sure that you get a full body workout.


After running through the session with everyone we will go into a group warm up to make sure you're ready to go. You'll then be split into pairs with someone of similar ability to ensure that you are pushed, but not beyond your capabilities. We want you fitter, and stronger, not injured and demotivated!


The session will be 45 minutes of hard work! The boxing aspect will be taught using traditional boxing methods, and combined with functional training we will make sure that you leave feeling challenged but happy.
