Yoga is an umbrella term like athletics – there are hundreds of disciplines, each wildly different. In my classes, expect to move, breathe and (more often than not) sweat. We focus on strength-building and restoring the body’s natural range of mobility through functional movement. Every class is different and light-hearted, so you’ll never get bored.

I predominantly teach Ashtanga and Dynamic Yoga classes in Bishop’s Stortford and online. Ashtanga is a highly energetic set sequence full of sun salutations, standing postures, seated postures, backbends and challenging inversions.

Dynamic Yoga draws from Ashtanga, and incorporates elements of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. Sequences change every week, giving you plenty of opportunities to explore new and exciting movements.

Classes are suitable for all levels (even total beginners), and I offer plenty of modifications, variations and props to support your practice.
